Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Dwarka, responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting the sales pipeline for Techtronix Solutions’ IT and managed services offerings. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads,



conducting outbound calls and email campaigns, and presenting solutions that align with customer needs. The role involves managing and nurturing accounts, coordinating with technical and delivery teams to prepare proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Inside Sales Representative will handle customer inquiries, follow up on opportunities, support renewals and upsell initiatives, and contribute to achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
