We’re looking for a Senior HubSpot Specialist to join our global team and work directly on international client projects.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for a HubSpot qualified who can understand business needs, design scalable CRM and RevOps solutions, lead implementations, and manage projects from discovery through delivery.
You’ll work closely with international clients and cross-functional teams to turn CRM challenges into well-structured, scalable solutions.

• Lead HubSpot implementations, onboarding, and portal audits.
• Design CRM architecture including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, pipelines, and custom objects.
• Build advanced workflows for lead routing, nurturing, qualification, and sales handoffs.
• Set up forecasting, dashboards, revenue reporting, and attribution reports.
• Own data quality through migrations,



cleanups, and CRM governance.
• Manage and optimize native HubSpot integrations.
• Lead client discovery sessions and translate requirements into scalable RevOps solutions.
• Manage client relationships, projects, timelines, and deliverables from start to finish.
• Document SOPs and contribute to improving our delivery playbooks.

• Strong understanding of B2B funnels, CRM processes, and revenue metrics.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience designing and implementing HubSpot solutions, not just operating them.

• Excellent English communication skills for global, client-facing work.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
