Role Description The Captain (Italian Cuisine) is a full-time, on-site role based at Toscano India in Bengaluru. This role oversees the dining floor operations, ensuring guests receive attentive, skilled service and an elevated Italian dining experience. Responsibilities include managing table reservations and seating, guiding guests through the menu and wine list,



coordinating with kitchen and bar teams for timely service, and supervising service staff to maintain standards. The Captain handles guest inquiries and concerns, supports training of new team members, and ensures adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines. The role also involves monitoring the presentation of dishes, promoting specials, and contributing to smooth, efficient shift operations.

• Experience in guest service, table management, and handling reservations in a restaurant setting.
