The Kapish Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Director to lead its sales and business development operations, drive revenue growth, expand its client base and strengthen its presence in the real estate market.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, land transactions, investment advisory and team leadership, with a strong network of investors, developers, industrialists, corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, generating high-value business opportunities, leading the sales team and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the company's revenue and business growth objectives.
* Identify recent business opportunities across Noida, Greater Noida, YEIDA, Jewar and other emerging real estate markets.
* Drive sales of authority plots, freehold land, industrial land,



commercial properties and investment-oriented land parcels.
* Establish monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and monitor performance against business objectives.
* Develop strategies to increase market penetration, client acquisition and transaction closures.

2. Business Development & Client Acquisition

* Identify and acquire potential clients, including investors, HNIs, corporate houses, industrialists, manufacturers, developers and institutional buyers.
* Build and maintain a strong network of real estate investors, channel partners, brokers, consultants and business associates.
* Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, industry events and direct outreach.
* Develop relationships with decision-makers and understand their land requirements, investment objectives and business expansion plans.
