Role Description The Subject Matter Expert (SME) role at GSQUARE REAL ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The SME will provide deep domain expertise in real estate processes, including project documentation, pricing structures, regulatory compliance, and market analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting sales and marketing teams with accurate information, creating and reviewing property-related content and presentations,



and advising on best practices for client engagement and transaction management. The SME will work closely with operations, legal, and finance teams to align project details with organizational standards, troubleshoot complex queries from internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to training materials and process improvements.
