Voice AI, Call QC, Chat QC, Revenue Intelligence, Super CX, Relay and Releads, helps
businesses capture, convert and retain revenue. Navrev is our agency layer that delivers
these products to clients across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, the US and Australia.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on B2B marketing leader to scale PMB's internal products. You'll
own the go-to-market strategy end to end, from building target account lists and running
outbound to forming partnerships, and you'll be measured on pipeline and revenue, not
activity.
What You'll Do

Own product GTM strategy: define ICPs, positioning and messaging for each PMB
product, and build quarterly marketing plans with transparent pipeline targets.
Build and run outbound engines:



design and execute multi-channel LinkedIn and
email outreach sequences, and keep improving reply, meeting and conversion rates
through structured testing.
Run the data and enrichment stack: use Clay, Lusha, Apollo and similar tools to
build, enrich and segment prospect lists, and create automated workflows for
personalisation at scale.
Form B2B partnerships: find, pitch and manage partnerships with complementary
B2B companies (agencies, SaaS platforms, consultants, resellers) for co-marketing,
referrals and channel revenue.
Deliver measurable outcomes: set and report on KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs,
meetings booked, pipeline value, CAC and partner-sourced revenue, and share
monthly performance reviews with leadership.
Work across teams: partner with sales, product and delivery teams on case studies,
sales collateral, launches and feedback loops from the market.
