You will work closely with product, engineering, data, business and leadership teams to identify opportunities where AI can fundamentally improve the customer and business experience.
You will:
• Work on the AI product roadmap across customer discovery, lending journeys,

lead qualification, engagement and post-disbursal experiences.
• Identify opportunities to use Generative AI, LLMs and AI agents to solve real customer and business problems.
• Convert ambiguous business and customer problems into transparent product requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
• Own product features from problem discovery → research → Product Requirement Document → development → testing → launch → iteration.
• Work with engineering and data teams to integrate LLM/model APIs, AI workflows and intelligent automation into products.
• Explore conversational AI experiences that can simplify complex financial products for customers.
• Define product metrics and success criteria for AI-powered features and continuously improve them.
• Conduct user research, analyze customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, quality and customer experience.
