About the RoleAnore Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager – IT Projects to drive new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build client relationships, and close IT projects.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of the IT services industry and proven experience in acquiring clients for software development, web development, mobile applications, AI/ML, BIM/Technology solutions, or other IT projects.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT projects and services.
• Find potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions/proposals.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals,



and commercial offers.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Maintain a proper pipeline of leads, prospects, proposals, and ongoing negotiations.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams during the pre-sales and onboarding process.
• Explore international markets and identify opportunities for software and technology services.
• Maintain CRM/sales records and provide regular business development reports.

Required Skills & Experience• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Business Development / IT Sales / Software Sales.
• Experience in selling IT services or software development projects.
• Good understanding of web development, mobile app development, software solutions, AI/ML, SaaS, or related IT service
