We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 7-10 years of experience to manage offer management, compensation discussions, and candidate engagement activities. The role will be responsible for driving salary negotiations, offer rollout, pre-joining engagement, and offer-to-join conversions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and minimizing offer drop-offs. The role will work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
