RoleWe are looking for a Customer Acquisition Specialist responsible for developing and executing both digital and non-digital customer acquisition strategies to drive current users, consultations, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels.
• Identify and test new customer acquisition channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop strategies for organic acquisition, including social media, content, SEO, communities, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and execute offline acquisition initiatives such as events, workshops, college/community outreach, local partnerships, flyers, referral networks, and on-ground activations.
• Identify and build partnerships with creators, influencers, spiritual communities, wellness platforms,



organizations, and relevant businesses.
• Develop referral and ambassador programs to drive user acquisition.
• Track CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, activation, retention, and revenue across channels.
• Run experiments to identify scalable and cost-effective acquisition channels.
• Work closely with the content, marketing, product, and sales teams to improve the acquisition funnel.
• Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance and continuously optimise acquisition strategies.
• Build channel-wise acquisition plans, budgets, targets, and performance reports.

Requirements• Experience in customer acquisition, growth, performance marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of both digital and offline customer acquisition.
• Experience with performance marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
