About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to support our automation business. Leads will be provided. Your job is to engage them, follow up consistently, keep our CRM accurate, and move prospects through to factory audits and signed projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads by understanding the client's industry,



production process and automation needs
• Schedule factory audits, meetings and demo calls for the technical team
• Manage the CRM end to end: log every interaction, update deal stages and keep data clean
• Run structured follow-ups so no lead goes cold without a documented next step
• Share case studies, company profiles and proposals with prospects
• Prepare weekly pipeline reports covering calls made, meetings booked and deals progressed
• Coordinate with the technical team to convert client requirements into proposals
• Research new manufacturers, warehouses and food processing companies to grow the lead pool
• Maintain a qualified, consistent brand voice in all client communication
