The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate – Brands & Partnerships to identify relevant consumer brands, understand where we can create value for them, and convert those opportunities into qualified business conversations.

You will primarily work with emerging and established consumer brands across categories such as:
• Beauty & Personal Care
• Health, Wellness & Nutrition
• Food & Beverage
• Home & Lifestyle
• Consumer Health and related categories

These could include digital-first/D2C brands, established domestic brands, international brands, marketplace-led brands and brands preparing to enter new countries or channels.

This is a focused business development role built around account research,



thoughtful outreach, and meaningful conversations with the right brands and decision-makers.

What You'll Do

• Identify and prioritise high-potential consumer brands across our focus categories, markets and channels.
• Research each brand to understand its products, positioning, current geographies, sales channels, growth stage and expansion activity.
• Identify brands that may be looking to enter a current country, launch a new channel, expand distribution, improve marketplace growth, or build local operating infrastructure.
• Develop an account hypothesis explaining why the brand is relevant, what opportunity exists, and where Scale Global could support them.
• Identify the right decision-makers across founders, international business, e-commerce, sales, growth, category and strategy teams.
• Execute personalised outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other relevant channels.
