The Opportunity

This position combines Export Logistics + Trade Compliance.





Initially, one strong qualified will take ownership of both functions.

The role begins at Executive level, but the expectation is that the selected person will develop toward Manager-level functional ownership as HALBEX grows.

This is a Founding Team opportunity for someone who wants to build systems, SOPs, vendor networks and operational teams rather than simply process individual shipments.

Educational Requirement

MBA or MBA in Logistics is required.

Candidates should also have:

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Experience in export logistics, international trade, freight forwarding, shipping documentation, trade compliance or related areas will be highly relevant.

You will be responsible for developing and managing HALBEX's export logistics function, including:

Shipment Planning

Shipment planning

Container planning

FCL export coordination
