As part of the team, you will work in a highly hands-on environment with direct exposure to end-to-end product and process development, from concept and experimentation to production implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview: Develop and optimize polymer formulations for extrusion and additive manufacturing applications; troubleshoot processing problems; and translate research insights into practical,



repeatable production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Study thermal degradation behaviour and define secure processing windows for polymer blends.
• Evaluate compatibility and interfacial interactions in polymer blends. Convert research literature into practical experimental trials and improvements.
• Troubleshoot processing issues such as sticking, surging, melt fracture, and unstable flow.
• Optimize filament coating quality and dimensional stability.
• Oversee machine setup, alignment, and process parameter standardization.
• Correlate Melt Flow Index (MFI) and rheology data with real extrusion behaviour.
• Interpret torque/load data during trials to estimate viscosity and flow characteristics.
• Perform FTIR and thermal observations to confirm degradation, additive interaction, and processing limits.
• Analyze filament properties including diameter consistency, surface quality, and gre
