The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded, and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Executive to manage and support end-to-end procurement across pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare, biomedical engineering, technical projects, and general business requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with management, engineering, operations, finance, project teams, suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers.



This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing technical and commercial documentation, driving vendor follow-ups, and taking ownership of procurement activities in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support the end-to-end procurement cycle, from requirement clarification and sourcing through evaluation, negotiation, purchase order issuance, delivery, and close-out.
• Source, identify, prequalify, and evaluate local and international suppliers for pharmaceutical, healthcare, biomedical, engineering, laboratory, and general procurement requirements.
• Obtain quotations, prepare detailed commercial and technical comparison sheets, negotiate pricing and terms, and make clear recommendations to management.
• Coordinate tender activities, including document review, compliance checks, submission planning, clarifications, amendments, deadlines, and post-tender follow-up, where applicable.
