Job Description – Graduate Trainee, Marketing

Role Summary
Taevas Life Sciences is looking for energetic and curious fresh graduates to join its Marketing team as Graduate Trainees – Marketing.

The role is designed as a structured learning and development prospect where trainees will gain hands-on exposure to multiple areas of marketing before eventually being aligned to a specific specialization based on their aptitude, interest and performance.
The trainees will work across both Taevas’ medical-device product portfolio and global services business, supporting marketing initiatives in India and international markets.

Key Areas of Exposure
During the training period, candidates may rotate across areas such as:
• Social Media Marketing – LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms
• Website & SEO – website management, SEO, landing pages and web analytics
• Lead Generation – prospect identification, databases, outreach support and lead qualification
• Digital & Marketing Campaigns – campaign planning, execution and performance tracking
• Content Marketing – blogs,



product/service communication, presentations and marketing collateral
• Design & Creative Support – basic creative development and coordination with the design team
• Events & Exhibitions – online/offline event promotion, lead capture and post-event activities
• Marketing Analytics – campaign reports, lead-source analysis and performance dashboards
• AI & Marketing Technology – use of AI tools, automation and emerging technologies to improve marketing productivity and outcomes

Key Responsibilities
• Support Marketing Channel Owners in planning and executing assigned initiatives.
• Research customers, markets, competitors and industry trends.
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns and lead-generation programs.
• Create and coordinate basic marketing content and communication.
