The centre combines AI-powered skin and hair analysis, expert consultations, globally curated skincare brands and personalised skin, hair and wellness treatments.
We are now expanding our flagship presence at DLF Summit Plaza, Gurugram, and are looking for a Centre Manager to own the overall centre experience and business performance.

The Role
As the Centre Manager,



you will be responsible for the end-to-end functioning of the Experience Centre — from customer experience and daily operations to sales, team coordination and business performance.
You will be the key point of ownership for ensuring that every customer who walks into the centre receives a premium, seamless and personalised experience while helping the centre achieve its revenue and customer retention goals.

Key Responsibilities
Centre Operations & Customer Experience
• Own the day-to-day operations of the Experience Centre and ensure smooth functioning across all touchpoints.
• Act as the key point of contact for customers and ensure a warm, professional and premium experience.
• Manage walk-ins, appointments, customer queries and overall customer journeys.
• Coordinate seamlessly with dermatologists, therapists, skincare experts and other centre teams.
