About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing team and drive effective digital strategies for both internal and client projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, good team management skills, and the ability to plan, execute, monitor, and improve campaigns based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
• Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage SEO, social media, paid campaigns, content marketing, and other digital initiatives.
• Develop monthly content and campaign plans for clients and internal brands.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
• Analyse key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Coordinate with the Creative, Media, and other internal teams for campaign execution.




• Review and ensure the quality of content, campaigns, creatives, and digital deliverables.
• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices.
• Handle client requirements, campaign discussions, and performance updates when required.
• Allocate tasks, monitor team progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support the team in solving campaign, content, and performance-related challenges.
• Identify recent opportunities to improve brand visibility, engagement, leads, and conversions.

Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content marketing.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
