Position Summary

The Instructional Designer is responsible for the full life cycle build of Global Learning & Development initiative, learning materials. The Instructional Designer will partner closely with the Manager,



Learning Technology and Design and Global Learning & Development leader to determine requirements and build learning content for all levels of teammates and leaders across the globe (Virtual Instructor Led, In-Person Instructor Led, eLearning, Job Aids, Quick Reference Guides, Facilitator Guides, Participant Guides, Videos, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of developing adult learning programs and have a robust background in adult learning theory and instructional design principles/tools.
