2. Role Purpose & Impact
We are seeking an autonomous, highly analytical, and results-driven Buyer to drive global strategic sourcing and supplier outreach initiatives. Acting as an independent technical and commercial liaison, the ideal candidate will manage end-to-end global supplier relationships, resolve technical and commercial vendor queries independently, execute rigorous Quote vs Cost Breakdown Data (CBD) evaluations, and maintain strict compliance with internal global procurement procedures.

3. Key Responsibilities & Core Deliverables

3.1 Autonomous Supplier Outreach & Query Management
• Vendor Inquiry Ownership (Must Have) : Serve as the primary, independent point of contact for international and local suppliers,



autonomously resolving simple technical, process, and commercial queries without routine escalation.
• Strategic Supplier Discovery (Must Have): Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing global suppliers adhering to strict corporate governance criteria (e.g., sales turnover > $6M–$10M, IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 certifications, export track record).
• Compliance & Documentation (Positive to Have): Execute seamless onboarding workflows, securing signed NDAs, RFIs, company profiles, and Supplier Survey Assessments (SSA).

3.2 Strategic Sourcing, RFQ Execution & Benchmarking
• End-to-End RFQ Management (Must Have): Translate complex engineering specifications into comprehensive RFQ packages; issue, track, and manage multi-vendor quote submissions across global supply bases.
