We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Manager - Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation (MLE) to lead our MLE function. This is a critical leadership role that requires a creative problem-solver who can drive the conceptualization, design, and delivery of cutting-edge health studies and evaluation projects. The role involves collaboration with field teams to maintain data quality and generate insights to improve program delivery. It offers the opportunity to influence project outcomes through hands-on involvement in monitoring, learning, and evaluation efforts. You will be instrumental in shaping our data and insights function, directly impacting how we measure and improve the effectiveness of our programs. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of MLE.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Conceptualize, design, and implement robust M&E; frameworks for our health programs, ensuring they are aligned with our strategic goals.

• Research & Evaluation: Lead the execution of a range of research studies,



including qualitative and quantitative analysis, to generate critical insights and evidence.

• Team & Function Development: Mentor and guide a high-performing team of M&E; specialists, helping to build the capacity and expertise of the function.

• Data Management & Analysis: Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of program data, ensuring data quality and ethical standards are maintained.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including field teams, donors, and partners, to disseminate findings and ensure program learning is translated into action.

• Dissemination and Advocacy: Lead the writing and support the dissemination of research findings across multiple platforms, using data and evidence to support advocacy efforts
