About The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical finance qualified to join us as Manager / AVP – Finance & Credit. This is an end-to-end ownership role where you'll independently evaluate lending opportunities, conduct financial and business due diligence, present recommendations to the Credit Committee, oversee transaction execution, and manage borrower relationships post-disbursement.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy taking ownership, making commercial decisions,
and working closely with businesses to structure and monitor high-quality credit transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the complete lifecycle of credit transactions—from initial evaluation to final closure.
• Conduct detailed financial statement analysis, cash flow assessment, ratio analysis, and credit underwriting.
• Perform business and promoter due diligence, including site visits and stakeholder interactions.
• Structure lending transactions by recommending pricing, tenure, collateral, and covenants.
• Prepare detailed credit notes and present recommendations to the Credit Committee.
• Coordinate documentation, security creation, and disbursement processes.
• Manage borrower relationships after disbursement and monitor portfolio performance.
• Track repayments, identify early warning signals, and ensure timely collections.
• Mentor junior finance associates and contribute to strengthening underwriting frameworks and internal processes
