We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing residential, commercial, and corporate interior/exterior projects while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and concepts for residential and commercial projects
• Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and project plans using design software
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution
• Conduct site visits and ensure projects are executed as per approved designs and timelines
• Work on turnkey office spaces, luxury residences, and bungalow projects
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and project requirements




• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain quality standards

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, or similar architectural software
• Strong knowledge of architectural planning, interior design, and space management
• Good understanding of construction materials and site execution
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Creative thinking with robust problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work within deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams
