We’re hiring a Brand Associate to work directly with some of the most exciting brands in India and across the world.

This is a client-facing role focused on account management, campaign execution, strategy, communication, and making sure great work actually gets delivered.

You’ll work across recent-age companies, large corporations, consumer brands, and multinational companies.

You’ll be involved in everything from understanding a client brief to coordinating execution, reviewing content, analysing performance, presenting ideas, and making sure the client always knows what is happening.

Day to Day Activities :-

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients
• Understand campaign objectives, priorities, timelines, and expectations
• Act as the bridge between the client and internal execution teams
• Coordinate Reddit campaigns from planning to execution
• Manage content calendars, deliverables, approvals, and timelines
• Review posts, comments, campaign ideas, and execution quality before they go live
• Ensure the work being delivered aligns with the brand’s tone, objectives,



and strategy
• Participate in client calls, reviews, and strategy discussions
• Prepare campaign updates, reports, presentations, and recommendations
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Understand the client’s business, competitors, category, and broader marketing landscape
• Proactively suggest new campaign ideas and opportunities
• Handle feedback and translate it into clear action items for the internal team
• Make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Build strong long-term relationships with clients
• Help retain and grow existing accounts
• Work closely with founders, strategists, creators, and execution teams

What we’re looking for :-

1 to 2 years of prior agency experience is required for this role.
You’ll probably do well here if you:
