Role Description The Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Thanjavur, responsible for managing and growing customer relationships across IndoStar’s portfolio of lending and credit solutions.



Daily activities include identifying prospective customers, explaining product features and eligibility, conducting basic financial assessments, and supporting customers through the loan application and documentation process. The role involves regular follow-ups to ensure timely disbursements and repayments, addressing customer queries and concerns, and coordinating with branch operations, credit, and collections teams for smooth service delivery. The Relationship Officer is also expected to achieve sales and portfolio quality targets, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and uphold IndoStar’s standards for ethical conduct and customer-centric service.
Qualifications

• Robust Business Relationship Management skills to build, maintain, and grow long-term customer and partner relationships.
• Foundational knowledge of Finance, including basic credit principles, loan products, and risk awareness in retail
