• Understanding of heavy lifting operations, crane movement studies, and erection methodologies for equipment, structures, and piping modules.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing lifting and erection drawings.
• Experience in developing heavy lift and erection schemes, including crane layouts and rigging arrangements.
• Knowledge of cranes, rigging equipment, tools & tackles, and lifting inspection requirements (preferable).
• Visit site and support erection activities in accordance with approved lifting plans and schemes.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment transportation and unloading activities.
• Knowledge of safe lifting practices, risk assessment, and constructability requirements.
• Positive coordination and communication skills for working with back-office, construction, and site execution teams.
