About the Role

We are looking for a *Digital Performance Marketing Manager* to take ownership of our paid digital marketing campaigns and help drive measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in *performance marketing, lead generation, campaign management, optimisation and analytics*. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital campaigns across platforms while working closely with our creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.

The role requires someone who is *data-driven, commercially aware, proactive and a positive communicator*, with the ability to understand both the numbers and the creative side of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan digital campaigns based on target audiences, business goals and budgets.
• Identify the right platforms,



audiences and campaign formats for different objectives.
• Develop strategies to improve leads, conversions, customer acquisition and overall marketing ROI.

Paid Campaign Management

Plan, set up, manage and optimise campaigns across platforms such as:

• Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram*
• Google Ads – Search, Display, YouTube*
• Other relevant digital advertising platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spends.
• Conduct audience research and develop appropriate targeting strategies.
• Set up retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• *Monitor campaigns regularly and make data-driven optimisation decisions.

Lead Generation & Conversion

• Develop and manage campaigns focused on generating quality leads and conversions.
• Monitor the complete lead-generation funnel from *ad → landing page → enquiry → conversion*.
