Role Description The Senior Human Resources Executive will oversee and execute day-to-day HR operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for the in office team in Rajkot.



This full-time on-site role involves managing employee relations, handling grievance processes, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with organizational values. The role includes developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Senior Human Resources Executive will support performance management, training and development initiatives, and talent retention strategies, while collaborating with leadership to support organizational growth. The position also requires maintaining accurate HR documentation, HRIS records, and timely reporting to management.
Qualifications
