Role Description The Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chhattisgarh, India, responsible for leading and developing the sales team to achieve revenue and volume targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing showroom operations, monitoring sales performance, setting targets, and implementing sales strategies aligned with Škoda brand guidelines. The role involves coaching and mentoring sales representatives, overseeing customer interactions, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention.



The Sales Manager will analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts, coordinate with marketing and service departments, and ensure accurate reporting to senior management. This position also includes managing inventory levels, participating in local promotional activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies and processes.

• Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership management, with demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
