Role Description The Sales Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through inside sales activities, including outbound calls, emails,



and follow-ups with prospective clients. The individual will generate and nurture leads, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, understanding client needs, presenting A One Salasar’s scrap management and IT solutions, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial contact to handoff. The role also involves collaborating with business development and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong long-term client relationships.
