Role Description
Position: Recruiter (Bulk / Volume Hiring)
Employment Type: Full time (Remote)
Joining: Immediate
Timings: Monday - Saturday 9;30 am - 6;30 pm
Compensation: ₹20,000 per month





Responsibilities
• End-to-End Bulk Recruitment: Execute the complete volume recruitment lifecycle, from clearly defining hiring manager needs and budget parameters to finalizing offers.
• Aggressive Sourcing: Utilize your well-established personal network, job portals, and platforms like LinkedIn to proactively build large pools of qualified candidates.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets within strict Turn Around Times (TAT) without compromising quality.
• Screening & Coordination: Conduct rapid yet thorough initial screenings to evaluate candidate fit, manage interview schedules, and facilitate quick feedback loops remotely.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust, active candidate pipeline to ensure immediate readiness for sudden, high-volume hiring surges.
