Role Description
Manager – E-Waste Sales & Business Development

Recyclaro.com is looking for an experienced Manager – E-Waste Sales & Business Development to build and grow our B2B e-waste business.
The role will focus primarily on selling e-waste materials to recycling plants, authorized recyclers, processors, manufacturers and bulk buyers.



The candidate will be responsible for developing a strong buyer network, understanding market demand, sourcing commercial opportunities and converting them into recurring transactions.
This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, with significant interaction with recycling companies, e-waste processors, suppliers and industrial buyers.

Key Responsibilities• Build and manage a network of e-waste recycling plants, processors and bulk buyers across India.
• Identify buyer requirements for different categories, grades and volumes of e-waste.
• Generate and close B2B sales and purchase opportunities.
• Develop recurring business with recycling plants and large buyers.
• Understand e-waste specifications, grades, recovery potential and prevailing market prices.
• Negotiate pricing, quantities, payment terms and commercial conditions.
