Role Description The Sales Manager role at Sai Service India is a full-time, in office position based in Vasai Virar. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing showroom operations, overseeing customer interactions, conducting test drives, and ensuring a high-quality sales experience.



The role involves developing and implementing local sales strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with marketing and service teams to drive business growth. The Sales Manager is also expected to prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, support training and development of team members, and maintain compliance with company policies and brand standards.

• Demonstrated experience in automotive or retail sales management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
