About the Role
We are looking for a Content Creator cum Social Media Executive who can take an idea from concept → content planning → creation → publishing → analysis.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of social media, be comfortable creating content for Instagram and other platforms, and possess basic graphic design skills to independently create social media creatives, carousels, stories and other content assets.
You don't need to be a professional designer — but you should know how good social media content should look, feel and communicate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning
- Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
- Brainstorm content ideas based on trends, audience interests, brand objectives and campaigns.
- Plan content across formats — Reels, static posts, carousels, stories, etc.
- Identify relevant trends, hooks,



formats and content opportunities.
- Work with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, launches and offers.

2. Content Creation
- Create engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Write captions, hooks, short-form scripts and post copy.
- Shoot and/or coordinate the production of Reels, UGC-style videos and other short-form content.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms.
- Create content that is both brand-aligned and performance-oriented.

3. Basic Graphic Design
- Create social media creatives, carousels, stories, thumbnails and promotional posts.
- Use tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar design tools.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colours, layouts and overall brand identity.
- Have a basic understanding of composition, hierarchy, spacing and visual communication.
