About the Role
Provide high level technical Tier 3 escalation for Acxiom custom-built applications and software products. Interact directly with multiple technical support and client Teams to own the resolution of the most complex, ambiguous platform, data and support issues. Provide deep architectural troubleshooting across a diverse ecosystem of proprietary and enterprise software components, custom-engineered code bases, and multiple programming languages, ensuring the high availability and performance of cloud and hybrid on-prem data solutions leveraging Cloudera, Dagster + dbt, Databricks and Snowflake environments.

What You Will Do
• Independently drive diagnosis, engineering, and deployment of code modifications, bug fixes and configuration changes across complex enterprise client solutions and custom-built applications with minimal supervision.
• Independently drive technical investigations via logging and research to isolate and resolve and correct complex, anomalies related to data and software failures. Leading and assisting in partnering with DevOps, Product Engineering,



and associated support Teams to perform comprehensive Root Cause Analysis and build out proactive monitoring frameworks to prevent future occurrences.
• Lead and help accelerate the deployment of custom client solutions, ensuring all current implementations strictly adhere to established platform standards and engineering best practices.
• Major Incident response and On-Call issue escalation resolution

What You Will Have
• 5+ years of direct Databricks support experience including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and pipeline orchestration.
• 5+ years of direct Snowflake support experience, including warehouse optimization, sizing, data ingestion, and pipeline troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of Cloudera Hadoop knowledge, including Spark, Ranger, Hue, Yarn, pipeline optimization, and tuning support.
• 5+ years of Python project experience, including 3+ years of support related to Dagster +
