Summary:

UST is looking for….

• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT and the Facets (TriZetto/Cognizant) platform.
• Strong technical expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, SSIS, C#, .NET, and Azure.
• Own and drive resolution of P1/P2 production incidents, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) within 24 hours of resolution.
• Perform advanced Facets module diagnostics and execute approved SQL/scripts within the defined change-control framework.
• Manage Facets batch failures end-to-end, including impact assessment, troubleshooting, recovery, and stakeholder communication.
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, provide production risk assessments, and support the 30-day post-deployment warranty period.




• Maintain and enhance the Known Error Database (KEDB) and create runbooks to support L1 shift-left enablement.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, including incident lifecycle management (P1–P4), problem management, KEDB governance, and CAB participation.
• Strong knowledge of Autosys/batch scheduling, including job dependency analysis, failure triage, restart procedures, and batch runbook execution.
• Ensure SLA compliance, production support readiness, audit readiness, and effective incident management in a 24×7 support setting.
• Demonstrate an AI/Cloud-first mindset by identifying opportunities to eliminate recurring production issues and drive automation-first solutions for long-term resolution.
