TRENDCON INFRA LLP is looking for an experienced and energetic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the overall sales and marketing function for TRENDCON AURELIUS, our premium residential villa development in Bengaluru.

? Key Responsibilities• Lead and drive the overall sales and marketing strategy to achieve project revenue, lead generation and booking targets.
• Build, manage and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers and key referral networks.
• Drive lead generation through direct sales, channel sales, digital marketing, ATL/BTL activities and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Own the complete sales funnel from lead generation to booking and closure.




• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI customers and key stakeholders.
• Conceptualise, plan, execute and monitor integrated sales and marketing campaigns end-to-end, with ownership of campaign strategy, budgets, lead generation, customer acquisition and conversions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer preferences.
• Review sales and marketing performance, pipeline, campaign ROI, forecasts and MIS regularly.
• Recruit, train and develop sales and marketing professionals.
• Work closely with CRM, Legal, Finance and Project teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable RERA requirements.

? What We’re Looking For• 8–15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in residential real estate.
• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the Bengaluru residential real estate market.
