Role Description The Associate Professor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will deliver lectures, lead classroom and laboratory sessions, develop and update course materials, and guide students in academic projects and research. Responsibilities include mentoring learners, supervising examinations and assessments, participating in academic committees, and contributing to curriculum development.



The Associate Professor is also expected to engage in scholarly activities such as publishing research, attending conferences, and collaborating with colleagues on academic initiatives. Additional duties may include supporting accreditation processes, maintaining high teaching standards, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications

• Advanced academic qualifications in Pharmacy or a closely related discipline (preferably PhD or equivalent), with a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, including syllabus design, lecture delivery, and student evaluation.
• Proven research background with publications in peer-reviewed journals, and the ability to guide learners in research projects and scholarly work.
