We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Ads + SEO & GEO Expert who can independently manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns while also driving organic visibility through SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).

Key Responsibilities
Looking for a Linkedin Ads specialist who can generate quality leads for B2B clients
• Plan, set up, manage and optimise LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B clients.
• Work on campaign objectives including Lead Generation, Website Conversions,
• Conduct audience research and create highly relevant targeting strategies based on industry, job title, seniority, company size, geography and other parameters.
• Set up Campaign Manager campaigns,



audiences, conversion tracking and lead generation forms.
• Develop and test different ad formats, creatives, messaging and CTAs.
• Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, lead quality and ROAS where applicable.
• Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance and lead quality.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining cost and lead quality.

SEO
• Conduct keyword research and develop keyword strategies based on search intent and business objectives.
• Perform technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Conduct website audits and identify issues affecting rankings, crawlability, indexing and Core Web Vitals.
• Optimise website pages, metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure and schema.
• Develop SEO content briefs and work closely with content writer
