About The Role

The Travel & Expense (T&E;) Associate is responsible for processing and auditing employee travel and expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting employee inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires close collaboration with employees, managers, travel vendors, and finance teams to ensure timely reimbursement and accurate expense reporting.





What You’ll Do

• Travel & Expense Management
• Review, audit, and process employee travel and expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Verify supporting documentation, receipts, and approvals for submitted expenses.
• Ensure expense claims comply with corporate travel policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, policy violations, and duplicate claims.
• Process employee reimbursements within established service level agreements (SLAs).

• Employee Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee travel and expense-related inquiries.
• Provide guidance on expense submission procedures, reimbursement policies, and travel guidelines.
• Assist employees with troubleshooting issues related to the expense management system.
