Job Description
• Plan and develop heavy lift strategies for equipment, structures, modules, and other critical components.
• Perform lifting calculations, including crane capacity checks, load distribution, lifting radius, and ground bearing pressure assessments.
• Select suitable cranes, rigging equipment, and lifting accessories based on project requirements and site constraints.
• Prepare lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments for routine and critical lifting operations.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure safe and effective lift execution.
• Conduct site surveys and supervise lifting operations to verify compliance with approved lifting plans, procedures, and safety standards.
• Participate in constructability reviews and construction sequencing studies.
• Identify lifting risks and implement mitigation measures.
