Hiring: Sr. Manager / AVP - Sales (B2B)

We're looking for a hands-on sales professional who can sell software to OEM manufacturers and build relationships with procurement, supply-chain and engineering teams.

Astrazen uses AI to support electronic-component discovery, risk assessment and procurement. This role covers three product areas: SaaS data subscriptions, component sourcing, and excess-inventory liquidation.

What you'll do
* Own the B2B SaaS sales cycle across the West Zone: prospecting, discovery, product demos, proposals, negotiation and closure.
* Sell data-platform subscriptions to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and electronics manufacturing services (EMS) companies.
* Build a qualified sales pipeline, maintain CRM records and forecast revenue.
* Convert customer relationships into component-sourcing engagements and purchase orders. Work with sourcing and operations teams on landed costs and order traceability,



and identify sourcing opportunities within customer bills of materials (BOMs).
* Win excess and obsolete (E&O;) inventory liquidation business, and support strategic stocking and last-time-buy discussions.
* Use AI tools for account research, prospecting, outreach and CRM work.
* Represent the company at industry events and share customer feedback with the founders and product teams.

What we're looking for
* 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, with the ability to pitch software to OEM manufacturers and handle technical and commercial discussions.
* B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
* Experience engaging procurement, engineering, supply-chain and senior business stakeholders.
* Examples of managing a sales pipeline, negotiating deals and working towards revenue targets.
* Working familiarity with AI sales tools, backed by examples of how you've used them.

* Experience selling ERP or business software such as SAP, Zoh
