We're hiring an SEO & GEO Specialist to own delivery across our client accounts and lead the intern pod.
What you'll do
• Plan and ship SEO and GEO work for several B2B SaaS clients at once.
• Write and edit answer-first content built to be quoted by AI answers and ranked by Google.
• Run on-page and technical fixes: titles, headings, schema, internal links, indexing.
• Find and place content on Reddit, YouTube, Medium and LinkedIn where buyers and AI models look.
• Track rankings, AI citations and traffic in Ahrefs, Google Search Console and our trackers.
• Lead the intern pod: assign work, review it and help them get better.
• Report directly to the CEO.
You'll fit if you
• Have 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on SEO work, ideally for SaaS or B2B.
• Know Ahrefs (or Semrush) and Google Search Console well.
• Write clear, plain English. You can explain a technical fix in two sentences.
• Want to learn fast, own outcomes and take direct feedback.
• Check your own work before anyone else has to.
Not for you if you want a ticket queue, fixed tasks and someone to tell you what to do next.
