We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis and possess strong knowledge of financial statements, financial modeling, and reconciliation processes. The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to support business and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L;) Statements.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate the financial health and performance of companies.
• Prepare and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Conduct Bank Reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Review financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.




• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and prepare analytical reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in Finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis.
• Solid understanding of Balance Sheets, P&L; Statements, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience in Financial Modeling and company financial analysis.
• Experience in Bank Reconciliation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
