We are looking for an experienced Study Abroad Team Lead to lead our overseas education counselling team and drive sales and team performance.
Requirements:
2–3+ years of experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education – Mandatory
1+ year of Team Lead / Team Leader experience – Mandatory
Sales experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education – Mandatory
Strong knowledge of Germany & Austria study-abroad destinations
Strong Team Building, Leadership & People Management skills
Excellent Student Counselling, Sales & Communication skills
Strong Decision-Making, Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills
Target-oriented with proven ability to drive sales, conversions & team performance
