Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Lead Generation Associates to join our sales team. This is an international voice process where you'll be engaging with American customers over the phone to generate leads and drive sales.
Whether you're a seasoned sales professional or a confident fresher with excellent English communication skills and a “can-do” attitude – we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective American customers.
Pitch relevant products/services to generate qualified leads and close sales.




Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Accurately update and maintain call records.
Collaborate with team leads and managers to improve campaign effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Freshers with excellent communication and high confidence are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or International Voice Process is preferred.

Skills Required:
Good verbal communication in English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and work in a performance-driven environment.
High energy, self-motivated, and a positive attitude.
