About the Role

Kissht is looking for a Strategic Growth Manager – Partner Scale-Up to own the growth of a portfolio of live partnerships. The role is responsible for scaling partner-led business across volume, conversion, cohort quality and communication, while ensuring growth remains sustainable and aligned with risk outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth agenda for a portfolio of live partners, with clear accountability for volume, conversion, cohort quality and partner communication.
• Work directly with senior stakeholders at large consumer platforms and sourcing partners to identify new placements, journeys, cohorts and opportunities for scale.
• Set growth targets with partners and drive execution against agreed business outcomes.
• Analyse the complete funnel from traffic and lead generation through approval and disbursal to identify leakage, conversion opportunities and growth levers.
• Partner with Risk teams to monitor cohort quality, vintages, approval strategy and portfolio health while scaling volumes.




• Work closely with Martech teams to design and execute partner-specific communication journeys across Push, SMS, WhatsApp and in-app channels.
• Run structured growth experiments, measure outcomes and translate data into clear business decisions.
• Work with data analysts to build insights, diagnose performance gaps and identify opportunities for incremental growth.
• Maintain strong senior-stakeholder relationships and communicate performance, opportunities, risks and action plans clearly

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, lifecycle marketing or performance marketing.
• Experience in fintech, lending, consumer internet, digital platforms or a similar high-growth environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience scaling an existing channel, partner or business line—not only launching current partnerships.
