Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, evaluate processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions. This remote role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



by preparing test cases and validating business requirements.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure business objectives are met.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with business standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, business analysis techniques, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word,
