About the Company
We are a well-established hospitality company operating premium leisure resorts in Coorg, Karnataka. Our business is driven through a strong network of Destination Management Companies (DMCs), tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate travel partners across India, with a primary focus on the South Indian market.
We are looking for an experienced Travel Trade Sales professional who has strong relationships within the travel fraternity and can drive room night production through existing and new trade partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage relationships with leading DMCs, tour operators, wholesalers, and travel agents.
• Drive leisure room bookings and revenue through the travel trade network.
• Identify and onboard recent travel partners across Karnataka and South India.
• Maintain regular sales calls, market visits, partner meetings, and product presentations.




• Negotiate commercial agreements and annual rate contracts with travel partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual room night and revenue targets.
• Conduct hotel familiarization (FAM) trips and participate in travel trade events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports.
• Strengthen relationships with existing partners to increase repeat business and market share.

Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements
• 5–8 years of experience in Travel Trade Sales within the hospitality industry.
• Strong experience working in the South India market, particularly Bengaluru/Karnataka.
• Proven experience in selling leisure hotels or resorts.
