Role Description

The Growth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for Omaza’s live social platform. This role includes designing and executing growth experiments, analyzing performance data, and translating insights into explicit action plans across product, marketing, and partnership initiatives.



The Growth Manager will collaborate closely with product, engineering, content, and marketing teams to optimize funnels, improve onboarding, and increase the impact of campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include managing growth projects end-to-end, building and maintaining performance dashboards, coordinating with sales and business development to support revenue goals, and presenting results and recommendations to leadership. The role also involves staying informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for sustainable growth.
